New clients will be asked to fill in a registration form and any clinical records from previous vets will be requested and are usually emailed to us within the next day or two. This is very important in order to ensure continuity of care and reduce repetition of tests or treatments.
Vaccination cards and details such as microchip numbers are useful items to bring along so that the admin team can get everything in order as soon as possible.
