To ensure you have our full attention all consultations are by appointment only.

New clients

Prospective clients are invited to visit the practice before registration and meet the team. A practice tour will be given and facilities shown to any visitors that would like a look around. We strongly encourage you to come and see before you sign up.

New clients will be asked to fill in a registration form and any clinical records from previous vets will be requested and are usually faxed to us within the next day or two. This is very important in order to ensure continuity of care and reduce repetition of tests or treatments.

Vaccination cards and details such as microchip numbers are useful items to bring along so that the admin team can get everything in order as soon as possible.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, personal and professional service. We are a small practice and have a great team spirit and hope that this is reflected in the service we give our clients.
