Emergency Care Protocol

During our surgery hours, your pet's health and safety are our utmost priority. If your pet experiences an urgent medical issue, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at 01579 371295. Our dedicated team will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. When calling, please make it clear that the matter is not routine, and we will do everything possible to attend to your pet at the earliest opportunity.

However, we understand that emergencies can occur at any time, even outside of our regular operating hours. In such cases, we have established a reliable out-of-hours service to provide continuous care for your pet. If you have an emergency outside of our surgery hours, please call our usual number, 01579 371295. Your call will be promptly answered by a member of our answering service, who will gather your details and pass the message onto the duty veterinarian at Beacon Vetcare, our trusted partner for out-of-hours care. Beacon Vetcare is also an independent practice like ours. The duty vet will then call you back to address your pet's emergency needs.
